To secure funding for studies in 2024 and gain specialized risk experience across various Business Groups within the organization, the FirstRand Graduate Office aims to assist academically promising students with demonstrated financial need in pursuing their educational goals and obtaining their degree qualifications.
FirstRand welcomes individuals with a passion for challenges, a drive to create value, and innovative thinking. Bursaries are available from the second year onward for students pursuing degrees in Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
Bursary applications will undergo screening and shortlisting based on specified eligibility criteria.
Applicants must submit:
A single PDF containing a motivational letter, CV, proof of family income, South African ID, Grade 12 Certificate, undergraduate transcript, and university acceptance letter.
Selectin process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo psychometric assessments and interviews. Feedback on application outcomes will be provided to all applicants upon completion of the recruitment process.
