Program Overview:
The programme is structured to support your development in the following ways:
- A tailored onboarding process within the initial 100 days to ensure a successful start at Santam.
- Exposure to accredited learning materials focusing on key areas over the 24-month period, supplemented by curated online content addressing Santam’s core competencies.
Requirements:
Candidates should have no more than 1 year of work experience and hold a degree in one of the following fields:
- Insurance/Risk Management/Law
- Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Data Science
- Computer Science/Management Information
- Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Auditing
- Industrial/Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge Management/Human Resources/Internal Audit/Reporting
- IT/IT Audit/Data Analytics or Management/Informatics
Post-graduate qualifications (Honours) holders are encouraged to apply.
